*The Foundation Level Class (7.30pm)
The first two Tuesdays of each month are entry-level classes that are always suitable for complete beginners. If you have never danced Lindy Hop before, these are the best weeks to start. Subsequent Tuesdays build on this content but are sometimes suitable for complete beginners. Check our schedule for details. If you are unsure, don’t hesitate to ask.

**The Second Class (8.40pm)
The second class encompasses a variety of content and each calendar month offers its own theme. Sometimes the theme is Intermediate Lindy Hop for dancers who are already comfortable with the Foundation material. Other months, the theme introduces an alternative swing dance such as Balboa or Solo Jazz. On these occasions, the content might not require any pre-requisites and are suitable for dancers of any level. Months tend to run as a progressive block so attending the complete month is recommended. Check our schedule which outlines our monthly themes. If you are unsure, don’t hesitate to ask.
