As lockdown restrictions are eased, and people are allowed to dance again we are offering a short programme to help people feel confident to get back on the dance floor. If you're feeling a bit rusty after 16 months in lockdown, or think you've forgotten much of the dancing you learned this short refresher programme will re-introduce you to many of the ballroom, latin, and popular sequence rhythms and dances you used to do to give you the skill and confidence to GET DANCING when we resume our Dance Nights in the Autumn. Join Peter, Viv & Ollie to recap and refresh a range of dances. Each week we will typically run through 5-7 dances in 90 minutes, with demonstration and tuition and a short practice time, in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

We are maintaining many of our Covid-safe practices, so the same session will run twice during the evening to help manage numbers
