Beginners/improvers Lindy hop workshop - Sunday 30-Jan-22, 10:30am to 2:00pm
This workshop is aimed at those new to swing dancing, or looking to improve their Lindy hop basics. We will cover 8-count fundamentals including the swing out and partnered Lindy hop Charleston - these are the steps that you need to know well before joining our intermediates classes. You may take either or both parts of the workshop. No partner needed (we rotate throughout) - although you may stay together if you do have a partner. Expect to have lots of fun - and a few challenges!

Short break - the venue cafe will be open
12.30pm - Workshop part II
8-count Lindy hop fundamentals - partnered tandem Charleston
£25 (£20 concessions) per session or £40 for both sessions.

We are in the spacious, light and airy Gallery space in this recently refurbished and re-purposed period building.
By overground rail - Acton Central (Overground) is around 7mins walk.
By tube - Acton Town (Piccadilly Line) is around 13mins walk.
By bus - any bus to the Acton Old Town Hall stop, 1min walk from the venue.
By car - Salisbury Street car park is just round the corner, and there are nearby supermarket car parks too, as well as some on-street parking in side-streets off the High Street.
