If you want to change the shape of your body, then this class is for you. We use barbells and free weights to specifically target 8 major areas of the body ranging from glutes to biceps, whilst improving posture and core muscle strength. Whilst this is a tough class, the 80’s soundtrack and class atmosphere will keep you motivated. Ideal for both men and women wanting that bit more from a class. Try it… you won’t be disappointed.
This class is suitable for men & women of all ages and abilities. If you have any medical conditions that may be affected by this type of exercise, please check with your GP prior to starting the class. Should any particular movement in the class cause any discomfort, please make the instructor aware so that they can adapt your workout accordingly.
What should i wear?
Cool and comfortable gear with trainers/pumps.
