Solo Jazz steps 3 hour Workshop

New workshop for Beginners/Improvers: Solo Jazz steps taught by Chico White in Lichfield.

Price: 20 Pounds cash on door.

Time: Noon until 3pm. Must attend all three lessons. Prompt start at Noon!

Ticket Options: Pay on door

Noon till 12.45: ALL must attend. Warm up. Advantage if you know the normal stroll. This will transform into a rhythmic jazz exercise for you to practice and loosen up at home.
1pm till 1.45: Now you are all warmed up a bit you will learn some essential basic moves, to loosen your body, with confidence and learn how to be light on your feet and use your body, hands and frame.
2pm till 2.45: We will have a bash at some iconic solo jazz steps, using hands, frame, timing and fun learned from lessons above.
Cost: Pay on the door 20 pounds cash.
As I am asking that you must attend the first lesson, this lesson is FREE. This is especially for you to warm up and loosen up, as well as learning some moves. I have put together to give you a bit of fun and to take an exercise home with you in this lesson.
Plenty of parking nearby, but make sure you pay at the meter for the hours you will be parking, including the 3 hour workshop or you may get caught out!
Please bring your dance shoes. No high heels or chunky trainers for obvious safety! Bring your own food and drink. There will be water available for your own cordials etc, but no tea or coffee will be made so that we can can start and finish on time for each lesson.
Towels, fans etc will be useful as you may get hot whilst working. But nothing too hard for your moves.
Entrance is at the rear of the Church, where most of the car parking is and it is on the first floor.
Arrive well before noon so that you will be ready to start.
