About Coolmoves Dance & Fitness for Adults

Matt & Sarah are former UK Strictly Swing Lindy Hop Champions and along with the Coolmoves Dance Crew hold regular Jive and Swing Classes in Herefordshire, Worcestershire & Shropshire. Matt is also a fully qualified fitness and Pilates instructor.

Wedding Reception Parties or First Dance Choreography
Fun Jive or Charleston class to break the ice and get everyone on the dance floor. We can also help choreograph your first dance.

Themed Events
Vintage Days, 50’s night or Gatsby evenings. We can bring dancers to add atmosphere, as well as running some fun interactive classes.

Team Building and Corporate Events
Dance classes are a great way to break the ice, have fun, develop co-ordination and improve teamwork.

Care Home Dance Demo’s and Interactive Sessions
These sessions are a great way to add some energy and fun using music from the 50’s and 60’s
