About Broadstairs Folk Week

The 60th annual celebration of all things folk and beyond, begins on 8 August, when Broadstairs welcomes hundreds of musicians and dancers to the town for a week of music and fun.
Concert headline acts performing at the Queen’s Road Baptist Centre.

The Sarah Thorne Theatre hosts all the dance workshops and ceilidhs at this year's Broadstairs Folk Week. The dances start on Friday 8 August and finish on Friday 15th August.
The festival campsite is within walking distance of the town and venues, although there is a free minibus service into town too. It’s a great way of having a holiday by the beach with all the entertainment thrown in!
All the details are in the Souvenir Programme, available on the Broadstairs Folk Week website.
