Dementia-Friendly-Alton is a voluntary organisation leading the way for positive change and empowerment in Dementia-Friendly communities. Founded in 2014, Dementia-Friendly-Alton is a voluntary organisation coordinates and delivers a comprehensive range of support and services for people living with dementia and their carers. Based in Alton Assembly Rooms, Dementia-Friendly-Alton is open five days a week for ‘drop in’ advice alongside a variety of group activities.
