Dancing to the music of the Big Moose Ceilidh Band with Schuggie calling all the dances.
Not been before❓What can you expect❓Fun, laughter, dancing out of time with the music, probably have sore feet afterwards. It's not technical and half the fun is making mistakes. So, you really don’t need to know what to do🤣
Ceilidhs (pronounced "Kay-leas") are enjoyed by all ages – from youngsters' first Scottish dancing experience to old-timers out enjoying a burl.
People come dressed in jeans, full highland dress – and everything in between😍
Wear something comfortable to dance in. You don't need to know what to do –Schuggie (from @Schuggies-Ceilidhs) will be calling the dances and explaining what you need to do as you go along. There are lots of friendly folks to give you a hand and get everyone up dancing. 🎶
Any questions, message me or head over to our Facebook page and post them in the discussions.
Lastly, please don't take your own alcohol into the Cosy Club 🍻 Buy your drinks from the bar.
