Reflections has been running on Sunday evenings between 7pm and 10pm (winter months) for the past 30+ years in the Bournemouth area.

We currently meet at The Carrington House Hotel, Knyverton Road, Bournemouth. We are in one of the air conditioned ballrooms. There is ample seating around large circular tables. DJ’s with quality music system and music that inspires you to dance.

We welcome anyone who loves dancing (singles and couples) to join in with a social dance. We have members of all levels of dance experience and always welcome new dancers.

Ballroom and Latin, Modern Sequence and some disco.
