Price: £5 at the door. Cash or card. No need to book in advance

Time: Doors open 7.30 pm, with dancing from 8 till 11.

At Birmingham St Mary's Hospice, patients, and their families and loved ones come first. They take care beyond the hospice itself, reaching out to every part of the community by supporting people in their homes and local neighbourhoods.

Every day, they support and care for more than 500 people living with life-limiting illnesses, but estimate that this is only 50% of the people who need their services.

Come along, and join in the fun, laughter and social connection that ceilidhs are great for. Not been before What can you expect Fun, laughter, dancing out of time with the music, and probably having sore feet afterwards. It's not technical and half the fun is making mistakes. So, you don’t need to know what to do

Wear something comfortable to dance in. You don't need to know what to do as I will be calling the dances and explaining what you need to do as you go along.
There are lots of friendly folks to give you a hand and get everyone up dancing.
