Level 1 - you have learned uphold and downhold. You may have only taken a few classes or you may want to polish basics, try the other role, warm up before level 2.
NB Not suitable for complete beginners. See below.
Level 2 - improver/intermediate level. you dance uphold, downhold and an up/down comearound to take this class.
