We cover many the popular easy and more intermediate level sequence dances offered at SFD and other dance events (and a few new ones). Sequence dancing is a great way of learning and improving ballroom dancing steps and technique. Music is a mix of chart and strict tempo. It's an ideal way to get fit and meet new friends. Suitable for dancers wiith some ballroom & latin dance experience. Whilst you are very welcome to attend on your own we cannot guarantee a regular partner to dance with.
