Cleverly adapted for solo dancing, Ballroom & Latin Dance Fit incorporates all of the Ballroom & Latin dances to create a Dance fitness class which is fun and varied.
Tone up, improve balance, co-ordination and overall fitness whilst learning authentic Ballroom & Latin steps and technique.
Alex is a qualified Ballroom & Latin teacher as well as a Fitness instructor and brings her natural flair and passion for dance to the class.
All levels of experience are welcome.

Plenty of Bay Parking but ensure you collect a visitors parking permit on arrival.
