Time: 4.30pm Ragtime to Swing Dance (General Level)

A unique monthly event that combines developing your social jazz/swing dancing with a social practice session to live gypsy jazz ham.
4.30pm - 6pm. (1.5hrs) A general level class that draws on one or more of the styles under the Jazz & Swing dance umbrella.
6pm - 8pm. A Musicians' Jam, led by Dave Ahmed (Free with tips to the musicians)
The dance floor is open for you to practice to live music and socialise after class.
NB. This is primarily for the musicians to jam rather than for them to play for a formal dance, so expect different tempos and styles, although our musicians generally keep to swing and gypsy jazz.
