These sessions are suitable for adults aged 50+ beyond beginner level.
You'll learn routines that include something for everyone i.e. figures providing a range of levels of challenge.
The group includes plenty of both sexes. You can bring a partner or come on your own - you'll have the opportunity to dance with everybody.
You can dress up or down.
We run every Sunday from 2pm until 4pm; a tea break and practice time are included.
The cost is £5 pay-as-you-go. Although the cost is low there are two qualified teachers and an excellent dance space - the value for money is unmatched.
This is an ongoing activity, so this session is a good one at which to start. The sooner you come, the sooner you'll start enjoying yourself!

Underground
The venue is a three-minute walk from Royal Oak Underground Station (Hammersmith and City, and Circle Lines), which is one stop from Paddington. Leave Royal Oak Station and face right. Walk up Porchester Road. At the end turn left into Harrow Road. Take the second turning on the left (Torquay Street - this is the only entrance to use).
It's also close to Warwick Avenue Station (Bakerloo Line). There’s a footbridge between Blomfield Road and Delamere Terrace near The Waterway restaurant.
