Hedge End Rueda are excited to invite you to a series of Son Workshops with Special Guest Teacher, Ramses Sariol, on the 27th and 28th of April 2024, to include a Cuban party night.

Ramses who is based in Mallorca, Spain, has more than 10 years experience and runs his own dance school. He is widely known around the world where he visits communities preserving the concept of Cuban Son and Cuban dance.

Classes are progressive, starting with Beginner then Improver Son Workshops on Saturday the 27th, we are also holding an invitation only Son Workshop at Intermediate level on Sunday 28th. If you would like to be invited to the Intermediate Workshop, please contact us by email.

The Programme:

Saturday 27 April 2024
Venue Tracie's Latin Club, doors open at 9:30am
10:00am - 12:30pm Beginners workshop
12:30pm - 1:30pm Lunch
1:30pm - 4:30pm Improver workshop

Cuban party night, doors open at 8:15pm
8:30pm - 9:30pm Beginner Son lesson (with Olga & Ben) and Improver Son lesson (with Ramses).

Then freestyle dancing to Cuban music until 1:00am with the well known and loved DJ Trevor Pinto.

Tea and Coffee are available, no bar so please bring your own drinks.
