Caz and I welcome you to our dance club.
We start by spending a little time brushing up on fundamentals. Helps all - even those that have been dancing for a while. We will then add new moves to your repertoire.
Am I too old? - not if you can walk. Lots take up new activities when they retire. All ages welcome.
How difficult it is? Far easier than learning to drive a car. You learn bit by bit, there is no rush.
Will it keep me fit? Indeed it will.
Will I meet new people? A lot more than staying home in front of the TV or doom scrolling on your phone.
I am nervous about coming on my own. Nobody has ever died going to a dance club. Be brave, you will be glad you did. Bring your mum, your brother, your aunt if you want - no problem. They can sit and watch.

Coming from Hereford it is on your left hand side next to the wye valley brewery. Easy to find as on main road at the top end of the village.
