This summer Charity Royal Ball is being run to raise funds for two very worthwhile and necessary charities- namely Breast Cancer UK and Prostate Cancer UK. As the title suggests, the dress code for this dance should suit the occasion. A welcoming glass of prosecco will be supplied at the start of the evening.

Tickets may be purchased by calling John Yeoman on 07980 312080. The number of dancers is capped at 70, so early booking is highly recommended.

The event is based around the "American Finger Supper" theme, so please remember to bring along some food. Supper will be available from 8:30pm. Tea and coffee will also be available, but as there is no bar, please remember to bring your own drinks.

The ballroom is simply superb, with its Victorian hammer beam ceiling , beautiful high-level windows and a superb and resilient dance floor, measuring 23 x 13 metres.

Music is being provided by Swinging Cymbals Dance Events, being able to cater for all dancing styles, but predominantly Ballroom, Latin American and Sequence, all to carefully selected music and played through a high quality public address system.

All levels of dancers are welcome, including beginners and singles.

There is limited on-site parking, but there is parking in the village itself, but please exclude the Residential Car Parks.
