" Join us for our grand Playford Ball, one of the annual highlights of our social dance programme. It’s like stepping into a scene from Pride and Prejudice - minus the formalities and the uncomfortable clothing (although you are welcome to dress up if you like)!
Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a complete beginner, you’ll find yourself swept up in the fun as we twirl through elegant historical English dances, guided by expert caller Louise Siddons and accompanied by exciting live music from jazz-influenced folk trio Pagoda Project.
If you like the sound of this, you might also be interested in attending our English Country Dance workshops, Contra Dance workshops, and nightly Ceilidhs!"
