Another chance to brush up your Slow Balboa basics and add smooth moves into the mix with Sue and Steve. We will also focus on the quality of movement so that it really feels like Slow Balboa rather than Balboa danced slowly! Beginners are very welcome - we will adjust content according to who is there.
This is a two-hour workshop with a good break in the middle for tea, coffee, posh biscuits etc, which are included. £8 for the whole evening. Booking is necessary for this event.

Rudford and Highleadon Village Hall venue
A short course of Slow Balboa (not balboa danced slowly!) at Rudford Village Hall, starting in October and finishing before Christmas. The first class will be suitable for everyone who is familiar with Balboa and/or Lindy Hop, and subsequent sessions will build on the basic moves. We aim to increase confidence, technique, creativity and fun in dancing with a partner to slow music!
Our dates are:
14th and 28th October
11th November
2nd and 16th December
The classes will run from 7.30-9.15pm with a 15 minute break in the middle and will be £6 per session to include refreshments.
