Every Wednesday 5pm to 6pm. This class is suitable for beginners.

Ceilidh dancing is a wonderful social activity that people of all ages can enjoy. It is a fun and social way to get some exercise, without the pain of an exercise class! You can wear your usual clothes – just make sure you have comfortable shoes.

The music is cheerful, bouncy and really easy to move to – you just need to be able to put one foot in front of the other! The dancing is social, great exercise and you’ll leave looking forward to the next one. No previous experience is needed as this class is for beginners. You might think you can’t dance, but this is different, as each dance is explained, and instructions called out as we go along. You don’t need to bring a partner – if we end up with an odd number, Judy joins in the dancing to make it work.
