Dance Connection a restorative movement practice - helps you to connect, express and move.

Dance Styles: Freestyle

Price: £15 in advance, £18 on the door

Time: 5:15-6:45pm (doors open 5:05pm)

Ticket Options: Ticket recommended (pay on door if places available)

Dance Connection is a movement form for non-dancers through to dance teachers, it invites you to explore movement invitations on your own and with the other group dancers to fabulous and diverse music.

With no set steps you can't get it wrong and it is designed to make you feel more balanced, integrated, embodied, and feel better.
