This dance is easy and fun!

Single Time Swing is something we can do when the music is a tad too fast for comfortable Slow Balboa (over 100bpm) but not fast enough for Lindy Hop. It is based on old-time dances like Peabody and One Step, and anyone who is familiar with the core Balboa or Slow Bal moves can do it! It's great fun and we can show you how to adapt your own favourite moves to fit the rhythm. We taught it at Balbreak this year and it went down very well with requests for more! We promise you'll enjoy it...

The class will run for two hours, from 2.30-4.30pm with a water break in the middle. Practise time with tea and cake from 4.30-5.30pm.

Booking is required for this class. No partner is needed but if you can book as a Lead and Follow, that helps to keep the numbers even.

The session will be £8 per person to include tea, coffee, squash and cake.
