An afternoon dance skills workshop in Scottish Country Dancing, designed and led by experienced teacher David Queen, accompanied by Andrew Lyon on the accordion.
The aim is for dancers to build confidence in their knowledge of formations used in Scottish Country Dancing through phrasing, covering and teamwork.
There will be the opportunity for improvement in steps and transitions between the steps required in the formations taught.
This workshop is mixed ability and for dancers who have regularly attended a class for more than a year.
The Hub Hazelwell venue
Church and community centre on Vicarage Road.
Small car park available for participants. On street parking also available close by.
On serveral major bus routes, and only around 10-15 minutes walk from Kings Heath High Street.
