Step onto one of the largest and most spectacular wooden dance floors in the South West, located at the Digby Hall in Sherborne. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just looking to enjoy a lively evening of music, our spacious ballroom (19m, 62ft x 16m,52ft) provides the perfect setting, with plenty of room to move and mingle. Plus, the wide floor makes it easy to maintain comfort and space while you dance the night away.
What to Expect:
• A friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all dancers, from beginners to experts.
• A stunning programme of dance music from our huge modern database.
• A huge White Sycamore ballroom
• Free tea and coffee throughout the evening to keep you refreshed.
• Light, non-alcoholic refreshments are welcome to bring along (for those with a snack or drink in mind).
• A large, free car park is conveniently located right next to the venue for easy access.
Getting There:
The Digby Hall is nestled in the charming town of Sherborne, just a couple of minutes from the A30. From “The Green” roundabout (DT9 4EP), head towards Newland, then take the second right onto Hound Street. Follow the signs for Digby Hall, and you’ll find the entrance to the car park on your left. Evening parking is completely free.

Distance from the A30, “The Green” at (DT9 4EP) to the Digby Hall is approx. 2min (0.3miles) by car
The Digby Hall is close to the Northern part of the town the town centre.
Best found from the A30. From the A30 find The Green (roundabout) and continue from the green to a narrow left-hand turn into Newland. Take second right turn into Houndstreet (small sign pointing to Digby Hall). Third turn on left to enter Digby Hall car park.
Parking in the evening is free.
