Since Covid the opportunity to dance in North Devon has seen a gradual reduction in opportunities.
I am offering an evening of dance at Roundswell Community Hall, 7.45 pm until 10:15 pm on a Wednesday evening.
I am currently preparing to take my examinations with UKA dance in ballroom, Latin and sequence dancing, but I love all styles.
I intend to teach some ballroom and Latin figures and some popular/ old time sequence dances during the evening for approximately 30 minutes.

Roundswell offers a large dance floor for you to dance your own style to the same tracks: for example, modern jive and cha cha, modern jive and rumba, modern jive and tango. Quickstep/waltz with a line dance, waltz and ballroom and Latin dances with sequence.

Learn new steps/figures and meet others who love to dance.
My aim is to facilitate a feeling of ‘belonging’ within a welcoming and friendly group of dancers.

Please come as leads and followers or both, to make connections and enjoy your passion of dance?

Solo dancers are very welcome however other attendees may prefer to stick with their own partner.

There will be lead and follower opportunities to invite fellow dancers to dance until you build your confidence; support with lead, follow, timing and etiquette.

This is a new venture and I am becoming more experienced but willing to support the wishes of the group.
