For all those people in the Shrewsbury area that have wanted to learn Lindy Hop…. Now is your chance!! Sign up quick. Numbers will be limited. Also a great chance to brush up existing skills or learn the opposite lead/follow role.
In this friendly beginners workshop you’ll:
✨ Learn a complete routine packed with playful swing sequences
✨ Master essential Lindy Hop footwork and understand how it fits the music
✨ Explore classic Charleston moves woven into the dance as it evolved
✨ Discover the fundamentals of connection – whether you’re leading or following
✨ By the end of the session, you will be able to use your combinations to dance to a whole track with a partner

Our Tea Dance is the weekend before, so come along to that as well, have a cuppa and cake and see what it’s all about. We might even do a short 10 minute warm up class beforehand to get you started.. learn the footwork and a move or two so you can join in when you’ve eaten your cake…. Watch this space….
