Join the Chicken Shack for their Full Circle Fitness classes for a low impact step class
Learning the Rock'n'Roll solo dance 'strolls' at O'Neill's Leytonstone (by the Greenman Roundabout)
Feel free to wear a nice frock if you miss dressing up, but anything comfortable is suitable.
Perfect class for those who dislike the gym! Fun, friendly and relaxed atmosphere, like all our classes.
We usually achieve around 5,000 steps an hour.
No experience needed and classes are run on a drop in basis and are £5
O'Neill's Leytonstone venue
Free car park for class attendees - just remember to enter your car registration into the system when you come into the pub
Multiple bus routes stop outside the pub and Leytonstone Tube Station, on the Central Line is only a 5 minute walk away
Drivers - as you come off the Greenman roundabout, and through the traffic lights, turn left, over the pavement to enter the onsite car park
