Learning the Rock'n'Roll solo dance 'strolls' , Upstairs at The Birds, Leytonstone
Feel free to wear a nice frock if you miss dressing up, but anything comfortable is suitable.
Perfect class for those who dislike the gym! Fun, friendly and relaxed atmosphere, like all our classes.
We usually achieve around 5,000 steps an hour.
No experience needed and classes are run on a drop in basis and are £5
