Enjoy exercising both your body and mind whilst having fun and making life long friends.
Improver and easy intermediate dances, with a new current dance being taught most weeks. Walk throughs on all others.
Dancers will need to have a basic understanding of line dance steps (or be proficient in another form of dance) to get the most enjoyment.
