At Swing Shift we teach authentic Lindy Hop, true to its roots as an African American art form that’s over a century old. Our focus is on connection, rhythm and musicality, over choreographed routines. This partner dance is all about creating momentum and sensing and responding in real time. We're biased, but it's a tun of fun. And for the soundtrack... you can look forward to banging jazz tunes all the way.

Are you completely new, need a recap or looking to master the basics? Join us for our beginners classes. Already got some experience in Lindy Hop and want to take things up a level? You'll want our improver classes.
