Step into your confidence and join the ultimate support system, this class is about more than just dancing in heels — it’s about building strength, confidence, and self-expression in a fun, supportive environment. You’ll learn how to walk and dance with elegance, control, and attitude, while reconnecting with your inner confidence (yes, your inner diva 👠✨).

ℹ️ Each class is carefully structured to support your progress and make learning enjoyable:
• First Half ➡️ Walks & Technique
We focus on foundations such as posture, balance, walks, transitions, and core heels technique. This helps you feel stable, confident, and powerful — even if you’ve never worn heels before.
• Second Half ➡️ Choreography
You’ll learn a short choreographed routine, broken down step by step. Each routine is taught over two weeks, giving you time to really settle into the movement and enjoy the process without pressure.

Please Note: We have a compulsory heel protector policy in place to protect your dance shoes and our dancefloors. They can be purchased in reception for £1.50 a pair.
