Over the last few months we have had a lot of people enquire about the Canterbury 1940’s/50’s style Jive Classes, so we’ve organised this very special evening. Spaces are very limited so booking is strictly in advance only, please confirm your space via the email below.

We run three drop-in 1940’s/50’s style jive classes each week (in Canterbury, Ashford and Sandwich) and tonight’s special class at the charming Mooring Cafe will give you a taste of what to expect. No dance experience or partner needed as we rotate our class members.

The evening starts at 7.30pm with a basic half hour jive class, followed by music for dancing, listening and socialising.

if you’ve not attended dance classes before we suggest wearing loose comfortable everyday clothes and shoes that don’t grip the floor too much.
