This is a free Balboa practise session from 3.30-4.30pm in front of our usual Sunday Social Dance (4.30-8.00) We will put on some Balboa friendly tunes for anyone who wants to come and practise. The idea is that it's fine to ask someone to remind you how a particular move goes, practise what you did in a workshop or have seen on a video or just have a go at getting through a whole tune without too many fluffs.

You won’t need a particular partner; the session is designed for you to nerd out and practise the techniques you would personally like to improve on with anyone who comes - all in a relaxed atmosphere of mutual help and support. There is a bar and its all very easy going. Experienced and new dancers alike, it would be great for you to come along alone or with your regular practise partners and concentrate on what you want to improve on !

This month there is also free live swing music with Ruby Jazz down the road at the tobacoo factory e so you can make a full evening of it after the Socail Dance if you want to!
